Professional Tenant Placement
Tenants are sourced through professional channels with full referencing and vetting.
We source tenants through employer networks, professional referral channels, and established letting routes — not just online portals. Every prospective tenant undergoes a thorough referencing process including employment verification, credit checks, and previous landlord references. We prioritise quality over speed, placing tenants who will respect your property and maintain it to a high standard throughout their tenancy.

Full Management & Reporting
We handle everything end-to-end and keep you informed with clear, regular reporting.
From the moment tenants move in, we manage every aspect of the tenancy on your behalf. This includes day-to-day maintenance coordination, tenant communication, compliance checks, and property inspections. You receive regular updates and clear reporting so you always know the status of your property — without having to chase anyone for information. Your role is simply to receive your guaranteed rent, on time, every month.

End-of-Term Options
At term end, choose to renew, take vacant possession, or explore a purchase pathway.
As your agreement approaches its end date, we work with you to plan the next step. You can choose to renew the guaranteed rent arrangement for a further term, take back vacant possession of your property in a well-maintained condition, or explore a purchase pathway if you're considering a sale.
